MATH 4730 - Introduction to R for Statistics and Data Science

This is a new one-credit course starting Spring 2023 that serves as a lab session for MATH 4720 and MATH 4740 although 4720-4730 or 4740-4730 course package is not required. This course is aimed for students who wish to use R to do basic data visualization and statistical analysis. I am currently developing and designing this course, and a rehearsal course starts in Spring 2022.

Unfortunately, in order to match MATH 4720 and MATH 4740, the course number is labeled as a senior-level course, which is again misleading because it is an very introductory course that welcomes any students with no programming experience.
